Job Summary 2020 Solutions is a retail cannabis company with retail stores in Washington State. This is a position in a cannabis retail store. The Shift Lead's primary responsibility is to assist the leadership team in overseeing the sales floor and ensuring a positive experience causing 2020 Solutions to be the leader in the Marijuana industry. The Shift Lead will assist in aspects of store operation focusing primarily on the areas of guest engagement, and making sure product on the floor is out and placed in a timely manner. Responsibilities and Duties Maintaining all rules and regulations in regards to the laws set forth by the state and the WSLCB Responsible for store opening and closing. Take in inventory whether a delivery from a grower or a shipment of accessories in place of Store Manager if they are not available or to assist if multiple deliveries come at once Provides training and development of team members on assigned shifts by monitoring goals and providing feedback Taking guest feedback on products they would like to see in the store or what they do not like and give feedback to General Manager and team in nightly recap and or to the purchaser Keeping Manager updated when paraphernalia and marijuana products become low Maintaining inventory levels on the floor to ensure that guests do not have to wait for product Reports to Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager Upholds all company policies Sets the example by role modeling great guest service Handles complex customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures; deescalates issues as appropriate Monitor floor coverage, lunches and breaks Logs/reports to leadership team time and attendance infractions (sick/late/no show) Ensures 2020 standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor, and backroom Collaborates effectively with the team Performs all other duties as assigned Drives store sales by authentically suggesting additional items to guests Looks for ways to create an environment that welcomes innovation and values each employees' unique ideas and contributions Consistently treats everyone with respect and contributes to a positive work environment Makes sure ground rules are being adhered to Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Understands the culture of 2020 Solutions Ability to multi-task and delegate effectively Possesses strong morals Demonstrates a passion for delivering exceptional service every day Skilled problem-solver, makes quality decisions, and follows written and verbal instructions to meet deadlines on tasks and projects Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team towards a common goal Ability to communicate effectively Ability to receive feedback and coaching Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred Experience supervising teams preferred Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings to meet the needs of the business Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12.50 to $14.50 /hour Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Customer Service: 2 years Required license or certification: Driver's License
