In this position, you will be working as part of our cultivation team performing plant maintenance while maintaining quality and control standards. This is a fast paced, physically demanding work environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated hardworking individual with attention to detail. We are looking for self-starters and focused individuals. Attendance and timeliness are extremely important to our company. Responsibilities and Duties Duties include but not limited: Mixing Nutrients Trimming Cloning Transplanting Harvesting Cleaning Equipment Consistently perform quality work on repetitive tasks Qualifications and Skills Good Work Ethic Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Previous plant cultivation related experience a plus Must be able to stand for long periods of time and consistently Have reliable transportation A passion for the industry or an interest in learning NO FELONIES, you must be able to pass a state background check Must be 21 years of age Bilingual is a plus Benefits Vacation Time, Medical, Dental and Vision offered after 90-day Probationary Period Sick Time Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10.50 /hour Required education: High school or equivalent Job Location: Phoenix, AZ
