General Manager


Role Overview Reporting To: Director Of Operations, C.O.O., C.E.O. The ideal candidate for this role will possess 5 to 10 years of progressive management experience, including start-up experience of a new business or location. They will work closely with the managers of each of the departments within the operation. Candidate should be proficient in business planning, reporting and budgeting. This role will be responsible for the day to day management of the 40-45 staff within a large manufacturing facility. Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to): Maintain a positive working environment Coordinate with vendors who maintain the facility Coordinate with security team to ensure security of the staff, facility and products Manage weekly meetings between department management and leads Conduct facility tours Maintain facility schedules Maintain employee and security team schedules Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable Ensure accuracy of seed-to-sale tracking system Ensure all operational SOP’s are followed as outlined in Holistic Industries Policies and Procedures Oversee all aspects of internal tracking and compliance Maintain relationships with state officials and lead periodic compliance inspections Compile and submit reports to executive management Desired Skills: Knowledge and understanding of cannabis state laws Leadership Time management Attention to detail Ability to delegate and follow up Communication Interpersonal Skills Culture and Work Environment At Holistic Industries, our mission is to provide patients with the highest quality, safest cannabis medicine possible.
