Regional Account Manager


Job Summary As an Account Executive at The Social Weed, you'll be working with all the cannabis dispensaries, brands and production facilities in your assigned market space. You'll quickly become an expert in the cannabis industry, and you'll use your influencing and relationship-building skills to provide exceptional customer service and insights. You'll anticipate how our customers make decisions and understand how The Social Weed's range of product offerings can grow their business. You’ll be introducing cannabis brands and products to the local cannabis retail and dispensary locations we work with. You’ll be responsible maintaining company goals, strategies and helping our customers achieve success. Responsibilities and Duties STRATEGIC THINKING & INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS-Provide strategic counsel to your customer base, considering immediate and long-term implications, to help create, implement and monitor the success of our account strategies -Connect customers' business needs with The Social Weed products and services, including cross-selling our Cannabis brands to your local in market dispensaries. -Demonstrate a strong understanding of market/industry dynamics; analyze and interpret data-Demonstrate the ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others-Promote a customer-centered culture that strives to enable the success of our customer's requirements and expectationsCOMMUNICATION & PROBLEM SOLVING-As the face of The Social Weed to our customers, we'll provide you with the tools, resources and support to foster deep industry expertise. Using this knowledge, you will effectively communicate solutions clearly and professionally-Build strong working relationships in-person and via phone with key decision makers in our industry. Often, this may mean meeting our customers where they are, in restaurants, hotels, and etc-The industry is ever-evolving. Listen to new challenges, synthesize information and propose innovative solutions to complex situations -Leverage technology platforms to ensure consistent and persuasive communication methods internally and externally -Build presentations to help educate and influence customers; tell a story for impact that's specific to their needs, industry and audience Qualifications and Skills EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED-Goal-oriented and ambitious, with proven relationship building skills -Demonstrated ability to proactively generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions-Strong analytical skills and a high level of business acumen -Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence-Track record of effective project management-Passion for the cannabis industry-Strong knowledge in the cannabis industry is a strong plus-Strong organizational computer skills such as Microsoft Office suite and google drive.
