Infused Cannabis Coconut Oil

Potency can be up to 1000mg

Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 35 minutes | Ready: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 gram of cannabis distillate
  • ½ cup of coconut oil
  1. Heat up the cannabis distillate in a warm water bath to make it more viscousious.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, pour and stir the warm distillate in with the coconut oil, or if you’re using butter make sure it has been heated up; mix it throughout.
  3. Once you’ve combined the contents, heat for 1 minute in a microwave to ensure it has infused evenly
  4. Store your cannabis infused oil or butter in the refrigerator for later use.

More-Than-Green-Bean Casserole

Serving Size: up to 4 servings

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 40 minutes | Ready: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of green beans
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon of infused cannabis coconut oil
  • ¾ cup of chopped onions
  • ¾ cup of mushrooms
  • ⅓ cup of fried onions
  • ⅓ cup of cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium 8x8 baking dish distribute the cans of green beans and cream of mushroom soup. Drizzle infused cannabis oil over medley.
  3. In a small saucepan, saute chopped onions and mushrooms. Stir the onions & mushroom mixture into baking dish. Drizzle the infused cannabis oil, fried onions, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper over the dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

OH-SO-SWEET CANDIED YAMS

Serving Size: up to 4 servings

Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 35 minutes | Ready: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (29 ounce) can of yams
  • 1 teaspoon of infused cannabis coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of corn oil
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • ¼ cup of crushed nuts
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • Marshmallows for topping
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium 8x8 baking dish spread corn oil and molasses into pan. Place the can of yams into the baking dish. Drizzle the infused cannabis oil, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, brown sugar, crushed nuts and coconut flakes over the yams.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Remove dish from oven and layer marshmallows on top of yams. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until yams are tender and marshmallows are melted.
